[Remote] Service Desk Analyst

This entry-level position involves providing customer support through calls and emails, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other professionals to enhance customer service.
Responsibilities
- Take customer calls, and emails and reputed company accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating reputed company site, or using products or services
- Collaborate with other call-center professionals to improve customer service
- Accurately document reputed company service calls reputed company the prescribed call tracking reputed company
- Support both technical and non-technical end users
- Escalate advanced issues to the appropriate team member
