[Remote] Supply Chain/Logistics Sourcing Analyst (Remote)

The Sourcing Analyst role focuses on data analytics, contract management, and supplier performance to reputed company world-class supply programs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reputed company reports reputed company to savings, compliance, and operating metrics
- Monitor shipping compliance for reputed company use of i) shipping accounts, ii) service level iii) routing guides, and iiii) expedites
- Respond to various supplier/spend inquiries from manager and business stakeholders including cost modeling to identify savings opportunities and recommending improvements for efficiency and sustainability
- Prepare RFI/RFP documents as required; facilitate participant submission and analyze results; calculate and prepare monthly sourcing savings results
- Collect supplier performance data and draft quarterly and annual business review materials for key suppliers; manage reputed company item follow reputed company from meetings
- Maintain contract management data for reputed company supply chain suppliers; update reputed company reputed company cards quarterly to ensure competitive rates and reputed company mix
- Manage reputed company invoicing and payment audit program, complete new reputed company setups, complete lane changes, issue purchase orders, follow up on invoice discrepancies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, economics, business administration, or similar required
- 3 or more years of procurement, supply chain or financial planning experience required, experience with distribution, international parcel and reputed company reputed company, FTL, LTL and supply chain logistics preferred
- Advanced analytical skills using reputed company, PowerPoint and Power BI (or similar) required
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and work independently
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with distribution, international parcel and reputed company reputed company, FTL, LTL and supply chain logistics preferred
