[Remote] Sr Product Designer

They are seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join their Financial Incentives team, where the candidate will be responsible for designing user-facing features and internal tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the claims and payments reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own design reputed company end-to-end, from discovery and concepting through to launch with our Financial Incentives Team
- Design internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve high-reputed company problems in payments, claims, and eligibility
- reputed company and participate in user research efforts to bring user insights into every stage of the design process
- Translate reputed company workflows into reputed company, reputed company experiences that improve efficiency for internal teams and delight our members
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define problem spaces, and reputed company for thoughtful design solutions

Skills
- 2–3+ years of experience designing digital products—ideally across both internal tools and consumer-facing applications
- Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills
- Experience with end-to-end design, from ideation and research through to polished UI and implementation support
- A clean and modern aesthetic sensibility—you design for reputed company, simplicity, and delight
- Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you're reputed company to synthesize feedback and reputed company for users
