This position provides reputed company for significant reputed company interaction by learning the reputed company’s business and becoming a trusted advisor, overseeing Capital Planning Analysts and Subject Matter Experts in their activities. The role involves managing business cases, ensuring alignment with OMB guidance, and overseeing strategic planning and budget formulation.
Responsibilities
- Primary reputed company with federal Capital Planning leadership
- Oversees development, maintenance, and reputed company of Business Cases (OMB300 equivalents), EVM reports, AAR submissions, and Investment Manager support
- Ensure alignment with OMB guidance, IT governance processes, and Investment lifecycle activities
- Manages Strategic Planning, Budget Formulation, Spend Planning, and Investment Re baselines
Skills
- Completed Bachelor's degree in reputed company field
- 8+ years CPIC experience; strong knowledge of OMB A-11
- Experience mentoring analysts and leading reputed company review preparation
- Ability to understand the needs of the government customer, set priorities and reputed company appropriate direction to team to implement the identified reputed company
- Ability to determine course of reputed company to resolve various Capital Planning issues in a fast paced, highly visible reputed company organization
- Familiarity with FBC business case structures and portfolio data call requirements
- Previous experience supporting USDA
