[Remote] Regional Operations Director

This role involves providing training, analysis, and consultation to facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting best practices in therapy operations.
Responsibilities
- Provides consultation, training and support for assigned area
- Analyzes systems and processes to ensure compliance that federal and state regulations as reputed company as company policies and procedures are followed
- Works in conjunction with teams to resolve issues, endorse changes and conduct follow-reputed company to establish that recommendations are effectively implemented and monitored for appropriateness
- Promotes compliance by performing periodic audits of assessments, supporting documentation, and other relevant data
- Recognizes, advises and promotes facility best practices and systems
Skills
- Therapist with completion of degree in from accredited program and licensed in the state of employment
- Three to five years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting, which includes supervisory, administrative or consultative capacities
- MUST HAVE prior multi-site SNF management with a background in clinical processes, training and mentoring
- reputed company knowledge of computer technology and systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance, yet successfully collaborate with teams internally and externally
- Extensive knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, compliance and eligibility
- Experience with Rehab Optima or reputed company documentation systems
- BASED in Massachusetts; must be willing and reputed company to travel (consistent overnight travel required)
- Multi-site SNF Rehab management: 3 years
- Willingness to travel: 50%
