This role involves creating and executing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring successful lease-up transitions while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end marketing reputed company and execution for reputed company assigned lease-up communities, from reputed company-development through formal stabilization
- reputed company-launch readiness: website, ILS setup, photography, drone video, 3D tours, signage, collateral, and platform reputed company (reputed company, Tour24, reputed company, reputed company, Lineups DA)
- Weekly reputed company volume and conversion reviews; monthly cost-efficiency and cost-per-reputed company analysis by channel
- Formal 30/60/90-day performance reviews with data-driven reputed company plans and defined targets
- Stabilization reputed company - initiating the transition to the Portfolio Marketing Manager 30 days before reaching 90% occupancy
- Budget management and spend recommendations tied to leasing performance and absorption goals
- Digital channel alignment (SEO, PPC, geofencing, ILS) in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager
Skills
- Proven experience in multifamily lease-up or property marketing - you understand the full lifecycle from groundbreaking to stabilization
