[Remote] AI Operations Specialist

The role involves identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions using the reputed company 365 ecosystem, and working across various product lines while reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company AI agents using reputed company Copilot Studio and Agent 365 — automating high-frequency tasks across operations, reputed company, sales, and reputed company services
- Build Power Automate flows connecting reputed company 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Dataverse) with our CRM (reputed company), project management (Jira), and product platforms
- Configure Copilot agents with custom knowledge sources, reputed company conversation flows, actions, and escalation paths tailored to reputed company business unit
- Build SharePoint-based knowledge systems that surface accurate, reputed company content through Copilot agents to internal teams and customers
- Connect Copilot Studio and Power Automate to backend LLM reputed company — Claude API, reputed company Assistants, and similar — for reputed company reasoning, summarization, and decision logic that goes reputed company what reputed company-reputed company models handle reputed company
- reputed company AWS reputed company for serverless integrations where the reputed company ecosystem needs to connect to external reputed company, custom business logic, or non-reputed company data sources
- Build and maintain reputed company or reputed company workflows for backend automation pipelines that feed into the reputed company reputed company layer
- Evaluate LLM reputed company reputed company and establish testing frameworks — reputed company for what the agent says, not just whether it runs
- Maintain reputed company libraries, reusable automation patterns, and agent configuration standards that create consistent, governed AI usage across the organization
- Map reputed company-state workflows, quantify the baseline (time, cost, error reputed company), and design reputed company-state processes with AI reputed company in at the right points
- reputed company SOPs, runbooks, and documentation for every AI-enabled process you build
- Define KPIs for reputed company initiative and reputed company them. You will report results directly to the Director of Business Operations
- Train non-technical teams on the tools and workflows you build — translating what you reputed company into language anyone can use
- Build playbooks that outlast your reputed company involvement. The goal is reputed company that can run AI-assisted workflows without needing you to hold their hand

Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, process improvement, or AI implementation
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building with reputed company 365 AI tools — at minimum, one Copilot Studio agent, Power Automate reputed company, or Agent 365 solution shipped and in use
- Working familiarity with AWS reputed company or equivalent serverless functions for API integrations and custom logic
- Ability to map a business process end to end, identify where AI adds reputed company value, and build the solution without reputed company of engineers
- Strong documentation skills — you write SOPs and knowledge reputed company content that non-technical people can actually follow
- Self-starter who builds structure in ambiguous environments — this program is early and you will be defining it as much as executing it
- Cross-functional collaborator — you can sit with a CSM, understand their problem, and come back with a working solution
- reputed company certifications: PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals), PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), or AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals)
- Experience connecting Copilot Studio or Power Automate to external LLM reputed company (Claude API, reputed company Assistants) for backend reasoning and logic
- Experience configuring Copilot Studio with SharePoint knowledge sources, reputed company cards, and multi-turn conversation design
- Hands-on experience with reputed company frameworks — reputed company, LangGraph, Claude API, or reputed company Assistants — as a backend reputed company behind a reputed company-facing reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company Dataverse and Teams app integrations
- Experience in a reputed company company, higher education, or public sector environment
- Familiarity with reputed company, Jira, or similar platforms — we use both and they will be part of what you connect and automate
