The role involves general ledger account analysis, reconciliations, and financial statements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of accurate financial information for assigned areas of the general ledger; general ledger account analysis and reconciliations and financial statements for the Health Ministry (“HM”) and Market Record to Report (“R2R”) shared services area
- Establishes and maintains reputed company relationships with leaders from HM, Service Area, reputed company, and reputed company entities and exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Assists Manager with work relating to both reputed company audits, the periodic review of financial records, and financial statements including Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (grants; “Uniform Guidance” or “Single Audit”) and other RHM specific audit requirements
- Responsible for reputed company implementation of agreed upon audit recommendations reputed company to areas of responsibility
- Assists in annual 990 and other tax returns and accumulation of financial information to support community benefit reporting
- Assists in preparation of sales and use tax reporting, local personal property tax reporting, annual escheatment of unclaimed property reporting, mandatory government surveys and others reputed company reporting
- Completes inter-company billing, cash transfers, and reconciles inter-company balances with system office and other HMs
- Identifies opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements reputed company the reputed company function
- Implements best practices and streamlines workflows to improve overall effectiveness and accuracy
- Completes special reputed company, financial analysis, and research
- Demonstrates the ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a diverse, fast paced environment

- Ensures accurate detail supports workpaper reconciliations

- Investigates potential causes and solutions under the advisement of manager
- Assists with completion of year-end financial reporting package and preparation of year-end audit work papers as assigned

- Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical reputed company or solutions while considering the reputed company on business reputed company & supporting leadership decision making

- Provides Financial Analytics including performing various analyses, developing correlations between actual results, prior month, prior year, & annual plan
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or Finance
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience, such as a long tenure in health care reputed company and/or reputed company certifications accepted in lieu of degree requirement
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years experience
- Experience working with US GAAP and conducting financial analysis including experience in researching and analyzing reputed company issues
- CPA and reputed company exposure preferred, but not required
- Experience working with various computer reputed company systems and ability use reputed company office suite
