[Remote] Staff Solution Consultant

The Staff Solution Consultant will support U.S. Public Sector customers in deploying and maintaining reputed company reputed company systems, while also serving as a cybersecurity Subject-Matter Expert and facilitating problem reputed company with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for overall customer experience and successful delivery of services
- You will build and maintain strong customer relationships
- You will work with a group of customer organizations to reputed company, reputed company, and operationalize reputed company’s reputed company Detection and Response capabilities across a broad reputed company
- You will write technical documentation and briefings
- You will reputed company and/or participate in technical exchange meetings
- You will collaborate with end users as reputed company as inter-agency, intra-agency, and internal reputed company stakeholders
- You will reputed company engineering artifacts such as system design diagrams, data reputed company diagrams, test plans, test reports, etc
- You will reputed company or participate in development testing, debugging, reputed company-deployment testing, and post-deployment testing
- You will reputed company or participate in certification and accreditation and/or reputed company and authorization processes
- You will reputed company or participate in deployment planning and execution
- You will analyze technical/integration requirements and reputed company technical solutions for Customer review and consideration, and once approved, reputed company into the customer's infrastructure
- You will reputed company or participate in system configuration, tuning, and policy development
- You will reputed company or participate in the development of reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooks
- You will monitor and manage system health, status, availability, and functionality
- You will report on technical problems, operational problems, and end user/customer feedback
- You will analyze data and reputed company recommendations for solutions to operational and/or technical problems
- You will reputed company or participate in technical troubleshooting efforts and problem reputed company, including assessment, hands-on tasks, log reviews, performing triage tools, reviewing product documentation, and communicating with product support and development teams
Skills
- Experience in large-reputed company operational environments focusing on cyber defense
- Experience performing incident analysis, developing defensive capabilities, and designing and implementing reputed company solutions
- Experience with reputed company network technology planning, deployment, user migration and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in cybersecurity operations, cybersecurity engineering, systems engineering and/or reputed company and Linux systems administration
- Experience with reputed company reputed company reputed company (ENS), e Policy Orchestrator (ePO), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), reputed company Detection and Response (EDR), Threat Intelligence Exchange (TIE), and Data Exchange Layer (DXL)
- Experience with reputed company Directory, Databases, Virtualization, reputed company Services [i.e., AWS, Azure] and reputed company networks
- 5+ years in a technical reputed company
- B.S. or higher in a reputed company technical field (i.e., computer science, Information technology, or engineering)
- Aptitude and ability to reputed company expertise with reputed company products
- Familiarity with cyber threat identification, management, mitigation, and response strategies
- reputed company TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph
- reputed company DoD 8570 or DoD 8140 compliant cybersecurity certification
