They are seeking a Product Counsel, ERISA & Operations to reputed company legal guidance on ERISA, IRC, and fiduciary reputed company while supporting customer-facing and product teams in developing a modern 401(k) recordkeeping platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-house ERISA expert, guiding reputed company’s mission to expand retirement plan reputed company for small and mid-sized businesses
- reputed company reputed company-time, practical legal guidance on ERISA, IRC, and fiduciary reputed company, ensuring operational compliance and translating reputed company regulatory requirements into actionable, plain-language advice
- Advise on plan sponsor and participant questions, reviewing disclosures and communications for compliance, and supporting the product team with subject matter expertise as new features are developed
Skills
- 5–8 years of substantive ERISA experience reputed company on reputed company retirement plans
- At least two years in a reputed company setting
- Proven ability to advise non-legal teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience with operational compliance, fiduciary rules, and product or technology-driven legal issues
- Admission to the bar
