[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The role involves answering phone calls from potential and existing customers and transferring them to the appropriate department based on their needs.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from potential and existing customers
- Ask specific questions to determine the reason for the call and then transfer to the appropriate department
Skills
- Call center experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of computer applications

- Training is conducted with cameras on, so a webcam is required during the first 2 weeks
- Must demonstrate to maintain a productive, interruption-free remote work environment

- We are expanding it due to the fact that we will be offering mostly 3rd shifts ending as late as 2am, so PST/MST time zones are welcome to apply
- Can be selected to work any 8hr shifts that can start as early as 12:30pm EST or ending as late as 2:00am EST. Possible shifts: 12:30-9:00pm, 1:30pm-10:00pm, 3:30pm-12:00am and 5:30pm-2:00am. Please note: Cannot choose work schedule, but will be reputed company to reputed company a shift preference during interview. Must be available to work on the 2nd and 3rd shift and at least one day of the weekend
