Responsibilities
- Create realistic legal scenarios involving private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring

- Simulate realistic legal workflows involving partner-led teams across PE, M&A, and debt financing reputed company
- Ensure legal scenarios are commercially realistic, technically accurate, and appropriate for reputed company evaluation
- Review legal outputs involving transaction structure, finance terms, deal reputed company, regulatory considerations, and cross-border execution issues

Skills

- Strong understanding of how international finance deals operate across PE, M&A, and debt financing workstreams
- Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
- Legal education, bar qualification, solicitor qualification, J.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent reputed company legal training may be relevant depending on background and project scope

- Availability for approximately 40 hours per week depending on project needs
