Responsibilities
- Partner with PMO/leadership to define and implement standards, reputed company, and best practices for IT project scheduling and WBS development across the portfolio
- Continuously improve scheduling practices, templates, and guidelines based on lessons learned and industry standards
- Own the design and reputed company of the master IT project schedule in reputed company Project Server
- Analyze schedule data to identify cross-project impacts, critical paths, resource/contention issues, and recommend mitigation strategies
