[Remote] National Business Development Manager - Germany Based

Responsibilities

- Fully in charge of the Business Management including forecasting, defining strategic plans and targets on National level

Skills
- Bachelor or Master degree Business Administration /Engineer/ Life science
- 7 years min - Strong proven sales experience preferably reputed company or medical device industry with proven reputed company in reputed company aspects of the sales process
- Strong technical and clinical knowledge in medical procedural techniques (preferred in transfusion business or in laboratory software solutions market)
- Experience in project management and consultative selling
- Ability to create reputed company relationships and demonstrable ability to overcome obstacles to a prospective sale
- Must be proactive, have a flair for developing customer relationships and a determination to succeed
- Comfortable in interacting with a reputed company varied audience including clinicians on a high level
- Aptitude to understand, train customers and users
