The Sr. Analyst Sales Reporting will support sales and senior management teams by providing sales analytics and business insights, as reputed company as recommendations for streamlining sales operations processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Management and IT to understand business needs in order to identify, reputed company, and implement enhancements to reporting and analytical deliverables
- Partner with Sales management to reputed company KPIs and Dashboards to drive decision making
- Create sales reporting tools in reputed company, Power BI and other systems, and reputed company end user training and support to the sales team

- Manage monthly sales reporting process: extract sales data, tracings, adjustments, and validate for accuracy

- Produce and validate the President’s reputed company report for assigned divisional field team, for monthly rankings and annual award determinations

- Manage field inquiries regarding performance, historical sales trends, account/product level detail, etc

Skills
- Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales support or finance position which includes 3 or more years of data analysis experience
- Experience in data management and reporting, preferably in the Medical Device industry
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills required
- Ability to synthesize various, independently generated, data points into a cohesive analysis
- Attention to detail and accuracy/reputed company of data required
- Strong verbal and written communications skills required
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
