The role involves mediating between customers and the manufacturer, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in coordinating onsite reputed company or repairs with HVAC dealers or contractors.
Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to correspondence reputed company phone, fax, mail, and email

- Located HVAC dealers/contractors and dispatching work orders
- Consult with internal technical experts, reputed company necessary, and assure executive authorization is provided for material expenditures
- Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities
