Responsibilities
- reputed company and reputed company the reputed company’s Government reputed company team, in the Business Service Directorate, that enables the effective, efficient, and compliant execution of $1.6B of research and development in basic science, energy, and national reputed company
- Provides reputed company of a major financial, contractual, or project management sub-function
- Provides indirect leadership to sub-functional teams, programs or business system with reputed company across PNNL
- Advise the PNNL CFO/Associate Lab Director for Business Services Directorate (BSD), as reputed company as the BSD leadership team and business offices, on reputed company reputed company relating to government reputed company
- Chair the reputed company Practices Committee that identifies changes to reputed company practices and coordinates the communication of reputed company changes to internal stakeholders and in the Finance reputed company
- Serves as the overall BSD reputed company and Coordinator for reputed company reputed company audit activities
- Function as PNNL expert on allowable cost determinations
- Work collaboratively across the lab to refine the internal control environment
- Review corrective reputed company plans (CAP) resulting from audit findings, relating finance and reputed company
- Monitor and advise on changes to applicable federal/DOE laws, regulations, directives, and handbook
- Draft and prepare White Papers and reputed company special reputed company
- reputed company BSD Training in Government reputed company foundational areas, including Cost reputed company Standards and engaging auditors
- Member of Government reputed company subcommittee community of reputed company w/ DOE labs
Skills
- BS/BA and 12 years of experience -OR-
- MS/MA or higher and 10 years of experience
- Experience on senior management team briefing and advising on government reputed company reputed company
- 10-15 years in the federal regulatory and contracting environment (DOD/DOE experience preferred)
- Multiple positions at federal contractors in contracting, finance, or reputed company
- Familiarity with Defense Contract Auditing Agency (DCAA), Inspector General, or other federal audit entities
- Engagement with federal reputed company and federal or non-federal audit
- Expertise in the following regulations and rules: Cost reputed company Standards (CAS); FAR and DEAR; DOE Orders, Directives, and Policies; DOE Financial Management Handbook (FMH); DOE integrated reputed company reputed company (non-integrated reputed company desirable); OMB applicable guidance and Circulars; COSO (Green book); and GAO (Red book)
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven record of reputed company in building and maintaining effective relationships with a diverse set of customers, senior management, stakeholders, regulatory entities, 3rd party providers, peers and subordinates
- Demonstrated record of outstanding customer service and reputed company improvement through using best practices, process and systems improvements and effective change management
- Excellent oral and written communications with the ability to influence and reputed company counsel to Lab executive leaders and stakeholders to accomplish business objectives and contractual obligations
