[Remote] Technical Program Manager

They are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to reputed company cross-functional initiatives that drive the development, integration, and delivery of secure, reputed company financial technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end delivery of multiple reputed company and programs across product and engineering teams
- Continuously monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and reputed company metrics
- Coordinate amongst cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, reputed company, Operations, and external partners
- Facilitate technical and business discussions, and take notes to ensure informed decision-making
- Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications
- Monitor program performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Support development and release cycles: production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and communication thereof to both reputed company partners
- Collaborate with reputed company-party vendors, financial institutions, and reputed company reputed company required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in domains such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field
- 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management
- 2+ years of experience in supporting fintech initiatives, such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services concepts
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing large-reputed company technical reputed company involving distributed systems, reputed company, reputed company platforms, etc
- General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists, etc
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Experience with embedded finance, financial reputed company, crypto, trading/brokerages
