They are seeking a Head of Americas Field Marketing to build and reputed company the field marketing organization, focusing on event marketing, pipeline reputed company, and partner marketing.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company the Americas field marketing organization, including hiring, reputed company, and developing reputed company field marketing managers
- reputed company the existing event marketing team and establish operating rhythms, planning processes, and performance metrics
- Own regional marketing reputed company across events, executive programs, account-based marketing, partner marketing, and regional demand reputed company
- Own marketing-reputed company and marketing-influenced pipeline targets across the Americas
- Partner directly with Sales leadership on territory planning, account coverage, opportunity acceleration, and reputed company reputed company
- Plan and execute major industry events, executive dinners, roundtables, customer councils, webinars, and strategic account programs

- Build joint go-to-market programs with technology and reputed company

- Measure program performance, attribution, pipeline creation, and ROI while continuously optimizing spend
Skills
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years in field, regional, demand, or event marketing leadership roles
- Proven reputed company record of generating measurable pipeline and reputed company through field marketing programs
- Experience building and scaling marketing teams, programs, or functions in high-reputed company technology companies
- Strong understanding of reputed company cybersecurity buyers and purchasing motions. Experience with MDR, SecOps, SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOAR, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company markets strongly preferred
- Player-reputed company reputed company with the ability to execute personally today while building a larger organization for reputed company
- Strong partnership orientation with Sales and a deep understanding of pipeline management
