[Remote] Senior Network Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading mid-sized provider of technology services to the reputed company Federal Government, seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support and maintain reputed company network infrastructure. This role involves designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing network systems that support mission-critical operations across corporate office environments and data centers.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure across reputed company corporate offices and data centers
- Manage reputed company networking components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Ensure high availability and performance of WAN/LAN connectivity between sites
- Support data center networking, including spine-leaf architecture, VLANs, VXLAN, and segmentation strategies
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple environments
- Implement and maintain network reputed company controls (ACLs, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Collaborate with systems, reputed company, and cybersecurity teams to support hybrid infrastructure

- Maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and reputed company operating procedures
- Support incident response and reputed company cause analysis for network outages
Skills
- Ability to pass background checks comparable to DoD Secret
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company network engineering
- Strong expertise in routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Experience with reputed company networking vendors (reputed company, Palo reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Hands-on experience supporting multi-site WAN environments
- Knowledge of data center networking concepts and architectures
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Solid understanding of network reputed company principles
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize competing requirements
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and MPLS technologies
- Experience with Network reputed company Controls (NPS, ForeScout)

- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent)
