They are seeking reputed company Proposal Compliance Reviewers to support business development efforts by reviewing and ensuring compliance of technical and budget proposals for the European reputed company and other European donors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to IFDC proposal teams during proposal preparation and submission
- Review and reputed company compliance checks against EU and other European donor requirements and guidelines
- Support reputed company in refining proposal outlines and templates, ensuring that sections reputed company with donor expectations and evaluation reputed company
- reputed company guidance on how to reputed company proposals more evaluator-friendly, emphasizing IFDC’s comparative advantage and win themes
- Review and reputed company detailed feedback on technical offers and budgets to ensure consistency, reputed company, and compliance
- Participate in internal meetings reputed company to proposal development, providing reputed company and constructive input
- Contribute to the reputed company improvement of IFDC’s proposal processes and tools by sharing lessons learned and best practices
Skills
- At least 8 years of experience with EU business development processes and rules, including contract mechanisms
- Strong understanding of the global development field, especially agriculture and private sector development
- Familiarity with IFDC's working countries, especially in Africa, and experience working on international proposals or development programs
- Deep understanding of donor expectations for technical and financial proposal documentation
- Proven ability to review and synthesize reputed company documents and reputed company actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; working knowledge of French is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-reputed company results reputed company tight deadlines
