Responsibilities

- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan)
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations
Skills
- Minimum 5+ years in a customer-facing account management role in FMCG/CPG industry with responsibility across HQ sales/JBP partnership and proven selling/negotiating experience; previous experience managing reputed company or similar e-reputed company customer is a plus
- Strong financial acumen: understanding of profit and reputed company drivers and analysis
- Data analytics & insights: previous experience with reputed company/IRI or other syndicated data tool preferred
- Proficient in reputed company Office programs
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the customer and internal stakeholders/cross-functional partners, gaining trust and respect
- Strong interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal) across reputed company reputed company of an organization
- Data analytics & insights: previous experience with reputed company/IRI or other syndicated data tool preferred
