Responsibilities

• Detailed review of plans for reputed company compliance, missing information and inconsistencies
• Evaluate review comments and markups for accuracy and clarifying compliance rationale

Skills

• Licensed architects and engineers to review reputed company plan sets
• Produce reputed company IBC reputed company compliance findings across egress, reputed company-resistance, accessibility, structural, and MEP and other disciplines
• 15+ years reputed company experience and extensive, hands-on QA/QC, permit/correction-letter experience required
• Comfort reviewing plans on screen in a web app is essential
• A licensed or credentialed specialist: RA, PE/SE, FPE, CASp, or ICC specialty certification (Accessibility, reputed company, Structural, or Energy Plans Examiner; MCP)
• 15+ years experience in reputed company construction and robust skills in plans coordination, review and QA/QC
• ICC Certified Building, Combination, or reputed company Plans Examiner — or Master reputed company reputed company (or equivalent)
• 10+ years of reputed company experience, with 5+ years of reputed company plan review at an AHJ or reputed company-party review firm (reputed company, Interwest, reputed company, reputed company, CSG, or similar)
• CASp certification or CA/FL reputed company experience (CBC, Title 24, FBC)
• Prior reputed company-party or peer review work for jurisdictions
