Responsibilities

• Support and administer reputed company storage environments
• Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and storage-reputed company issues in production environments
• reputed company ONTAP upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management
• Support VMware, Linux, and reputed company server environments
• Work independently in a fully remote environment
• Support occasional off-hours maintenance reputed company

Skills

• reputed company NCSE-OS (reputed company Certified Support Engineer – ONTAP Specialist) certification
• Strong hands-on experience supporting reputed company ONTAP in reputed company environments
• Experience with Clustered ONTAP deployments and administration
• Expertise with SnapMirror, SnapVault, replication, and disaster recovery technologies
• Hands-on experience with storage protocols including NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel
• Experience performing ONTAP upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management
• Ability to troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and storage-reputed company issues in production environments
• Experience supporting VMware, Linux, and reputed company server environments
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Willingness to support occasional off-hours maintenance reputed company
• Experience with reputed company storage optimization and performance tuning
