They are currently seeking an reputed company AI Solutions Architect for reputed company Payer and Life Science to design and deliver AI solutions for health plan clients, partnering with payer executives and engineering teams to translate business challenges into reputed company solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI and reputed company solutions for health plan use cases, including architecture, data flows, integration patterns, model selection, governance, reputed company, and deployment approach
- Partner with health plan stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities, define business reputed company, assess feasibility, and shape implementation roadmaps
- reputed company solutioning for payer-specific domains such as claims, enrollment, benefits, prior authorization, medical management, provider data, reputed company measures, risk adjustment, member services, and regulatory reporting
- reputed company reference architectures using reputed company platforms, data lakes, warehouses, MLOps pipelines, reputed company, workflow tools, and reputed company integration patterns
- Guide teams on applying large language models, retrieval-augmented reputed company, predictive analytics, natural language processing, intelligent automation, and decision support in reputed company settings
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, compliance teams, reputed company architects, and delivery leaders to reputed company concepts from prototype to production
- Define responsible AI controls, including model monitoring, explainability, reputed company-in-the-reputed company review, bias assessment, auditability, reputed company, and regulatory compliance
- Support reputed company-sales and reputed company advisory activities, including solution presentations, proposals, estimates, demos, workshops, and executive briefings

- Create reusable assets, including solution blueprints, architecture patterns, implementation playbooks, data requirements, and governance frameworks

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, reputed company informatics, or a reputed company field
- 8+ years of experience in technology architecture, data architecture, analytics, AI/ML, or reputed company solution delivery
- 4+ years of experience supporting health plans, payers, managed care organizations, or reputed company administrative platforms
- Hands-on experience designing AI, machine learning, reputed company, analytics, or automation solutions in production environments
- Strong understanding of health plan business processes, including claims, membership, provider, utilization management, care management, reputed company, risk adjustment, and customer service
- Experience with reputed company data standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, X12 EDI, CMS interoperability requirements, and payer data exchange
- Experience with major reputed company platforms such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company, including data, AI, reputed company, and integration services
- Familiarity with modern AI patterns such as RAG, reputed company databases, reputed company engineering, model evaluation, MLOps, LLMOps, and AI governance
- Ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences
- Strong consulting, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- 8+ years of experience in designing and developing AI/ML solutions
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company Payer technology, consulting, or systems integration
- 15+ years of experience in designing and developing AI/ML solutions with at least 10 years of experience in reputed company payer technology, consulting, or systems integration
- Deep understanding of payer operations, reputed company transformation, and payer ecosystems
- Demonstrated reputed company shaping and reputed company large-reputed company transformation or managed services deals ($10M+)
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to engage CEOs, CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams and driving innovation at reputed company
- Participate in key industry events, be a moderator and speaker, as needed
