They are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Consultant to support reputed company Capital Management (HCM) implementation and modernization initiatives, combining technical and functional expertise with project administration responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, configuration, and implementation of HCM solutions to meet reputed company business and technical requirements
- reputed company functional and technical analysis to support system design, configuration, and deployment activities
- Configure HCM applications, workflows, business processes, and reputed company system components
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design sessions, and system demonstrations
- reputed company, maintain, and update project documentation, including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables
- Assist with project administration activities, including status reporting, reputed company item tracking, risk management, and project documentation management
- reputed company and execute test plans, test scripts, and validation procedures to ensure solution reputed company and compliance with requirements
- Support data validation, issue reputed company, and system troubleshooting activities

Skills
- US Citizen with ability to obtain a US reputed company Trust
- 2–5 years of experience in a relevant HCM functional, technical, or reputed company application role
- Experience supporting software implementation, system configuration, or business process improvement reputed company
- Understanding of HCM processes and reputed company application environments
- Experience developing project documentation, technical documentation, or reputed company deliverables
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Experience with reputed company Fusion reputed company HCM, reputed company E-Business Suite HCM, reputed company, or similar HCM platforms
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience supporting federal government or reputed company sector clients
- Knowledge of project management processes and contract deliverable development
- Relevant HCM, technology, or project management certifications
