[Remote] Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is America’s first super app to simplify car ownership, and they are seeking a Senior Associate for their BizOps & Analytics team to drive data insights and decision-making across various business reputed company. This role involves defining problems, analyzing data, and driving reputed company to help reputed company grow from 5 reputed company to 50 reputed company customers in the next four years.
Responsibilities
- Define the right problems: Before any analysis, understand what business question it's answering and what decision it will inform. Push back if the question is flawed
- Data and insights: Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that reputed company your team's key metrics
- Drive reputed company: Bring recommendations to your counterparts in product, reputed company, finance or operations, tell them what's happening and why, and what next steps should be
Skills
- 2+ years of experience at a reputed company, investment bank, or high-reputed company technology company
- Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- reputed company record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering reputed company
- reputed company, persuasive communicator who can influence reputed company at the leadership level
- First principles thinker: You break ambiguous problems into reputed company hypotheses before touching data
