The role involves training associates on charge-reputed company processes and ensuring compliance and operational readiness through the development of training programs and conducting system-based training.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Charge Services workflows including charge entry, validation, reconciliation, and charge corrections
- Conduct hands-on training reputed company Cerner and other reputed company EMR systems
- reputed company and maintain training materials including SOPs, process documents, job aids, and workflow guides
- reputed company trainee assessments and evaluate readiness for production support
- reputed company shadowing support, floor support, and go-live/hypercare assistance
- reputed company training effectiveness, completion metrics, and productivity reputed company
- Identify reputed company gaps and conduct refresher training sessions

Skills
