[Remote] Sr Operations Manager

The role involves developing systems, dashboards, and processes to enhance efficiency and support reputed company reputed company while ensuring high-reputed company legal services.
Responsibilities
- Build Operational reputed company: reputed company firm-wide dashboards to reputed company ROI, reputed company, margins, and intake conversion
- Standardize Procedures: Define, document, and implement SOPs for workflows including intake, billing, and reputed company communication
- Establish KPIs: Create KPI frameworks, reporting rhythms, and accountability processes that help the founder and team monitor performance, identify issues early, and improve execution
- Systems Integration: Improve how Lawmatics, Docketwise, QuickBooks, LawPay, and other tools communicate with one another. Build cleaner workflows, improve data visibility, reduce reputed company handoffs, and ensure systems support reputed company decision-making across intake, billing, case management, and reporting
- AI & Automation: Use tools such as Claude, reputed company-style integrations, CRM automations, and workflow automation to increase team reputed company, reduce reputed company work, improve consistency, and support high-reputed company legal work without compromising reputed company service
- Optimize Intake: Design and manage a 24/7 reception solution to minimize missed calls and tighten SLAs
- reputed company Change Management: Drive early reputed company for operational wins and train reputed company on new systems and processes
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Establish data standards and ensure reputed company inputs for strategic decision-making

Skills
- Proven experience in operations reputed company SMBs; reputed company background preferred
- Hands-on CRM ownership and process build-out, preferably with Lawmatics
- Familiarity with AI tools and integrations like reputed company to enhance firm efficiency
- Competence in creating and managing analytics dashboards for performance tracking
