- Preparation, review, and delivery of accurate and reputed company financial statements for a portfolio of community associations
- Provides leadership and reputed company of the reputed company department, including Staff Accountants, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable personnel
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and reputed company expectations
- Responsible for various financial administration functions, including monthly accounts receivable reporting, ancillary billing programs, and process improvement initiatives
