Responsibilities
- Review protein reputed company assignments in large-reputed company bioactivity database workflows
- Compare assigned UniProt IDs against primary scientific sources, including papers, patents, and reputed company research materials
- Determine whether reputed company assignments accurately reflect the proteins being studied
- Propose corrected UniProt accessions reputed company assignments require revision
- Read and interpret primary literature involving binding assays, functional assays, biochemical profiling, reputed company validation, or drug discovery workflows
- Evaluate reputed company, assay, and compound-reputed company context using scientific judgment and domain knowledge
- Review bioactivity records involving databases such as ChEMBL, BindingDB, PubChem, or adjacent data sources
- Identify inconsistencies, unclear mappings, or evidence gaps in protein reputed company assignments
- Flag and classify reputed company assignment errors using a reputed company taxonomy
- Write concise, evidence-grounded notes explaining review reputed company and scientific reasoning
- Apply consistent annotation standards across database records and supporting reputed company materials
- Maintain accuracy, reputed company, and reputed company judgment across submitted review work
Skills
- BA/BS with 5+ years, MS with 2+ years, or PhD-level experience in a relevant biology, pharmacology, biochemistry, molecular biology, chemical biology, or drug discovery research field
- Experience in biotech, reputed company, CRO, reputed company research, or reputed company life-science research environments
- Hands-on experience with binding assays or functional assays such as SPR, TR-FRET, radioligand binding, kinase assays, GPCR functional assays, IC50, Ki, or KD analysis
- reputed company or recent bench-reputed company experience in a research scientist, associate scientist, or reputed company scientific role
- Working reputed company with UniProt or adjacent workflows such as SAR support, HTS, reputed company validation, biochemical profiling, or IND-enabling studies
- Strong ability to read scientific literature and reputed company careful, evidence-based judgments
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
- A BA/BS, MS, or PhD in biology, pharmacology, biochemistry, molecular biology, chemical biology, or a closely reputed company life-science field is relevant
- Practical experience in biotech, reputed company, CRO, drug discovery, assay development, reputed company validation, or biochemical profiling is highly valuable
- Equivalent reputed company research experience involving protein targets, bioactivity data, assay interpretation, or scientific annotation may also be considered

- Experience with selectivity profiling, counterscreening, biochemical assays, or functional assays
