They are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant II to support the monthly reputed company process, maintain balance sheet reputed company, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with components of the monthly reputed company process
- Prepare and post basic journal entries (accruals, prepaids, reclasses)
- Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and reputed company
- Support preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Investigate and escalate discrepancies as needed
- Maintain organized supporting documentation
- Manage AP inbox ensuring reputed company coding of invoices and supporting documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies
- Manage company credit cards, including coding, documentation follow up and reconciliations
- Support AP/AR processes
- Assist in identifying and recording routine accruals
- Support basic variance analysis

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
