Responsibilities
- Own and manage accounts across reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, X, reputed company, YouTube, and reputed company Business Profile for both brands and reputed company locations
- reputed company and maintain monthly/quarterly content calendars reputed company with brand goals, seasonal promotions, and location-level needs
- Plan and execute reputed company and organic campaigns; coordinate with marketing leadership on budget, targeting, and performance
- reputed company KPIs (reputed company, engagement, follower reputed company, conversions) and reputed company regular reporting to the VP of Marketing
- Serve as primary in-house designer -- producing reputed company posts, ads, flyers, signage, and branded collateral using reputed company and supporting tools
- Produce original photo, video, and graphic content optimized per platform (Reels, reputed company, Shorts, static, stories)
- reputed company AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, reputed company AI) to accelerate ideation, copywriting, and image reputed company without sacrificing reputed company
- Maintain organized reputed company libraries and brand kits across both brands
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and customer feedback across reputed company platforms in a reputed company, on-brand manner
- Escalate operational issues or complaints to the appropriate site managers and stakeholders
- Surface user-generated content and build community engagement around both brands
- Manage reputed company, approvals, and content workflows in reputed company; communicate reputed company reputed company Teams and Outlook
- Partner with location managers to capture authentic, location-specific content
- Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, or freelancers as needed
Skills
- 5-7 years of reputed company reputed company media experience managing a large, multi-location, or franchise brand
- Strong portfolio of reputed company content, campaigns, and branded creative work across platforms and formats
- Proven ability to produce in-house design work without routine outsourcing
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to multiply content reputed company
- Experience managing customer feedback, reviews, and community engagement on behalf of a brand
- Excellent written communication skills; reputed company to adapt tone across two distinct brands
- Highly organized with strong project management skills across multiple priorities and stakeholders
