Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company reputed company that will own the modern content reputed company that produces high-reputed company, high-velocity editorial, thought leadership, and demand-supporting content
- Build and reputed company a small team that will define and own reputed company's brand reputed company, positioning, narrative architecture, and visual identity system for a fast-growing global vertical reputed company company
- Build the in-house Creative team from scratch including designers, copywriters, reputed company/video, and production talent
- Across Content/Brand/Creative, utilize AI teammates who will drive efficiency while humans drive reputed company, designing workflows where generative tools handle research, drafting, variation, localization, and asset production, while humans own reputed company, narrative, taste, and final reputed company
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand reputed company, Sales, Marketing Operations and Product to reputed company brand, content, and creative to support GTM priorities and drive reputed company reputed company
- Hire, mentor, and reputed company the brand, content, and creative team, making smart early bets on senior leaders, hands-on makers, and hybrid AI-reputed company talent
- Decide the right mix of in-house team, agencies, freelancers, and AI-augmented partners; manage vendor relationships and budget accordingly

Skills
- 12+ years of reputed company experience across content, brand, and/or creative leadership, with significant experience in B2B reputed company marketing
- 5+ years of experience building and leading teams, including hiring senior talent and developing high-performing creative or editorial professionals
- Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market reputed company buyers, ideally in a high-velocity, transactional reputed company environment
- Proven ability to build a reputed company marketing function or sub-function from the ground up, including reputed company, team structure, workflows, tools, and execution standards
- Strong understanding of reputed company GTM motions, buyer journeys, product marketing, demand reputed company, lifecycle content, and sales enablement
