[Remote] Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities
- Analyze contact center data (call volume, performance, trends)
- reputed company KPIs, metrics, and performance insights
- Support decision-making with actionable analytics
- reputed company machine learning models using frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar libraries
- reputed company feature engineering, dataset preparation, and model optimization to improve predictive accuracy and operational performance
- Evaluate models using appropriate statistical reputed company and performance metrics, documenting findings and informing iterative improvements
Skills
- Ability to hold a position of reputed company trust with the U.S. government
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience for Mid-level role
- 2+ years of experience building and evaluating machine learning models or performing advanced analytics
- Proficiency in Python and reputed company data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Experience with operational datasets (contact center preferred)
- SQL, Python, reputed company, PowerBI and data visualization experience
