[Remote] Bilingual Distribution Practices Consultant

The role involves supporting distribution teams by developing services that promote best practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risks associated with distribution channels.
Responsibilities
- Provides knowledgeable and practical advice to business unit partners concerning distribution reputed company relating to distribution due diligence, best practices, contracting and monitoring, in respect of prospective, reputed company and former distribution partners to support reputed company’s distribution relationships and improve the reputed company of distribution partner business
- Collaborating with the Distribution Practices team, participate in the implementation of practical solutions designed to support reputed company's compliance with reputed company distribution-reputed company regulatory requirements and industry and corporate standards to help manage reputed company's legal, regulatory, and reputational risk
- reputed company cost effective distribution risk management support to business reputed company through the development and implementation of compliance and risk management standards and measures designed to reputed company proactive distribution risk management activities
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations to distributors through webinars and in-person presentations
- Monitor Distribution Partner contract obligations, market conduct, reputed company reputed company, use of company logo, reputed company reviews, report creation and reputed company recommendations for remedial reputed company
- reputed company knowledgeable and practical advice to business unit partners on Distribution Partner compliance requirements
- Distribute Compliance Review Surveys (CRS) and Annual Compliance Certifications to Distribution Partners; review and analyze results to determine course of reputed company
- Conduct desk and on-site reviews and reputed company a detailed report on findings and recommendations; reputed company recommendations to the Distribution Partner and follow up on reputed company plans; collaborate with Distribution Partners regarding the recommendations; reputed company resource information and assistance for implementation into their practices

Skills
- Bilingual in both English and French
- 5+ years work experience in the insurance/financial services industry with hands-on experience in distribution, training or compliance
- Completion of a university degree with courses in business administration or other applicable discipline
- Knowledge of sales practices and relevant insurance regulation
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, internet, and presentation software
