[Remote] Senior Product Manager, OX Retention & Expansion

Responsibilities
- Retention and expansion reputed company across reputed company organizations
- Average Processing Volume (reputed company) / ARR per reputed company Customer
- Cross-product adoption reputed company for Organization Experience capabilities
- Retention and expansion roadmap (6–12 months / 2027 reputed company)
- Discovery pipeline (qualitative & quantitative)
- Identification of churn signals and expansion opportunities
- Concept development and validation before delivery
- Cross-functional retention and monetization initiatives
- Adoption blocker identification and reputed company prioritization
- reputed company / iterate / kill reputed company based on initiative reputed company
- reputed company reputed company metrics and metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization reputed company
- Define Retention & Expansion reputed company: translate retention and monetization targets into a prioritized 6–12 month roadmap that aligns OX product teams around measurable customer and business reputed company
- reputed company Discovery & Opportunity Diagnosis: run reputed company discovery across customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and funnel review to diagnose adoption blockers and maintain a validated opportunity backlog reputed company of delivery
- Own Product Adoption & Expansion Initiatives: define and prioritize cross-functional initiatives that drive activation, reputed company, discoverability, and monetization across reputed company organizations
- Drive Cross-Functional Retention Programs: reputed company cross-team retention and expansion programs in reputed company partnership with PMM, CSM, GTM, and Product
- Measure reputed company & Drive Accountability: define and maintain a metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization, making reputed company / iterate / stop reputed company based on measurable reputed company
- reputed company AI/ML for Retention & Expansion: identify and validate AI/ML opportunities for segmentation, churn reputed company, and personalization in partnership with Data and Engineering
Skills
- 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B reputed company, retention, monetization, reputed company, or customer lifecycle environments
- Experience operating at a Senior+ level of scope and influence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify reputed company causes behind adoption and churn challenges
- Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional reputed company initiatives
- Strong discovery background: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, hypothesis reputed company
- Experience working with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions
- Ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business reputed company
- Experience collaborating with reputed company, GTM, PMM, and Product organizations
- Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization
