Responsibilities
- Partner directly with reputed company customers across Central and Eastern Europe deploying multiple use cases leveraging the reputed company platform
- Administer reputed company and enablement tactics across multiple products, advising on best practices for deploying reputed company across web, mobile, and backend systems
- Analyze product usage and performance signals to identify friction points, unblock adoption, and help customers realize measurable value from the platform
- Own reputed company reputed company across a defined set of accounts
- Measure reputed company by Net reputed company Retention and New Product Expansion, with a strong emphasis on sustained multi-product adoption
- Identify expansion opportunities, drive renewals and upsells, and partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and reputed company leadership to turn technical reputed company into durable reputed company reputed company
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company or Account Management experience supporting reputed company B2B reputed company, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the CEE region
- Proven experience driving reputed company reputed company, including owning a reputed company quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals. This is a reputed company role
- Strong understanding of the CEE market landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at reputed company reputed company of an organization
