[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-reputed company support to reputed company clients, resolve product issues, and guide clients through features and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of reputed company inquiries reputed company email, phone, and chat in a reputed company and thoughtful manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues, report and escalate bugs
- Follow up with clients to confirm issue reputed company and satisfaction
- Recommend best practices and guide clients through product features and workflows
