[Remote] US Legal Counsel

They are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Legal, Compliance & Policy team in the US, where the successful candidate will advise on consumer credit products, manage litigation reputed company, and review reputed company agreements while building the legal reputed company for reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Advise on consumer credit products and regulatory issues
- Manage litigation and arbitration reputed company
- Review and negotiate reputed company agreements
- Partner cross-functionally across the business
- Help build the legal function
Skills
- 5–7 years of legal experience practicing law, with a strong background in financial services, consumer financial regulation, or fintech
- Juris Doctor (JD) and reputed company admission to at least one US state bar, with the ability to reputed company law in the role
- Experience advising on consumer credit products and reputed company legal and regulatory frameworks
- Strong experience providing legal guidance to business teams on new products, regulatory change, and evolving legal requirements
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory issues relevant to products such as credit card products, installment loans, or similar consumer finance offerings
- Experience reviewing, drafting, and advising on vendor agreements, NDAs, and other reputed company reputed company
- Experience managing reputed company counsel and supporting litigation, arbitration, investigations, or other dispute-reputed company reputed company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill reputed company legal analysis into reputed company, practical guidance for cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage a varied workload, and exercise strong judgment in a fast-moving environment
- A pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal counseling with a strong reputed company of ownership and accountability
- Experience in a startup or high-reputed company fintech environment
- Experience advising on legal issues reputed company to AI, emerging technology, or automated decisioning
- Familiarity with reputed company policy, legislative analysis, or supporting advocacy and policy reputed company in regulated industries
- Prior reputed company experience in consumer financial services or a combination of reputed company and in-house experience
- Broad-based legal experience across regulatory, product, litigation, and reputed company work, rather than a narrow specialization in just one area
