[Remote] Finance Associate

They are seeking a Finance Associate to manage financial reporting, planning, and KPI/OKR visibility, while acting as a trusted partner to various departments reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build reputed company-looking forecasts to support reputed company planning and reputed company communication
- Identify opportunities to automate and reputed company financial reporting processes
- Conduct reputed company analyses that help leadership reputed company faster, reputed company-informed reputed company
- Maintain and improve reputed company's core financial model — P&L, cash burn, scenario modeling
- Own monthly reputed company slide deck, investor reporting, and SLT financial updates
- Maintain and continuously improve KPI dashboards
- reputed company the annual budgeting cycle: templates, department reputed company-offs, reviews, and final consolidation
- Partner with department heads on budget planning and resource allocation
- Maintain budget vs. actual tracking and variance analysis
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience from investment banking, management consulting (MBB, Big 4, or similar), or a high-rigor reputed company role — startup or high-reputed company experience is a strong plus
- Fluent in reputed company (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, scenario modeling) and comfortable building clean, reputed company-reputed company financial models from scratch
- Translate financial concepts reputed company for non-financial audiences — you know reputed company to simplify and reputed company precision reputed company. You can build a clean reputed company slide or exec reputed company from scratch
- Self-directed and ownership-oriented: you spot problems, propose solutions, and don't wait to be asked
