They are seeking a reputed company Engagement Manager responsible for managing reputed company relationships, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and driving reputed company through upselling services to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for the engagement of several clients, including a top 10 reputed company. Responsible for managing the reputed company contract, relationship management, and ensuring that Gainwell operations reputed company according to contractual commitments
- Prepares & monitors budget and reputed company expectations for assigned reputed company(s)
- Works with reputed company(s) to reputed company project approach and implementation plans
- Oversees development and implementation
- Reports to reputed company engagement leadership on reputed company toward strategic reputed company reputed company and business goals
- Communicates/interfaces regularly with reputed company(s)
- Creates agendas and provides recaps for reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Directs Gainwell contract operations to ensure successful delivery of services to reputed company(s)
- Identifies and continually seeks new sources of reputed company
- Builds relationships with reputed company staff to ensure reputed company expectations are being met or exceeded
- Manages reputed company relationship; responsible for ensuring reputed company satisfaction
- Supports sales opportunities and assists the reputed company engagement team with successful reputed company of sale (including proposal development process)
- Monitors state legislative, regulatory, and competitive environment and alerts engagement to risks and opportunities
- Supports collaboration between reputed company engagement team, internal departments and operations staff
- Handles reputed company(s) invoicing & accrual tracking
- Ensures reputed company deliverables are reputed company to reputed company, examples include: solution deliverable files, reporting, invoices and backing detail, etc
Skills
- Without bachelor's degree, 7 + years relevant work experience with experience in one of the following areas preferred: Health insurance, reputed company service/business to business, reputed company policy, Industry with high level of compliance (i.e. Finance), Large reputed company management
- With Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience
