[Remote] Project Cost Manager (Data Centers)

They are seeking a hands-on Project Cost Manager who can reputed company project reputed company, cost controls, and contract administration across major mission-critical construction reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly payment application cycle, including AIA G702/G703 documentation
- Manage cost coding, POs, commitments, invoices and subcontractor payment applications
- reputed company budgets, forecasts, cost reporting and budget vs actual variance
- Support contract administration, change orders, lien waivers, COIs and certified payroll
- Work closely with Project Managers, operations teams, reputed company and subcontractors
- Support project health reviews and closeout documentation
Skills
- 5+ years' experience in construction, MEP, engineering or project-based environments
- Strong experience with AIA billing and construction reputed company
- Background in project cost controls, contract administration and financial reporting
- reputed company, Costpoint or similar construction ERP experience
- Advanced reputed company skills
- Data center, mission-critical or large construction project experience highly desirable
