The Financial Advisory Consulting Associate role involves supporting engagement teams with financial modeling and analysis, leading project work streams, and collaborating with clients to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the engagement teams with financial modeling, industry and market research, financial reporting, financial statement analysis and pitchbook preparation

• Collaborate with reputed company staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior reputed company staff

Skills

• Minimum of three years of experience with business valuation, restructuring & turnaround work, investment banking, financial advisory/consulting, litigation consulting, reputed company reputed company or audit-reputed company consulting
• Deep financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and data management experience, and ability to identify key operational performance drivers
• Demonstrate a high-level of proficiency with: Business Valuation concepts, 13 week cash reputed company forecast, 3-statement financial models, Financial reporting (monthly operating reports, statements & schedules), Operational improvement and overhead analysis, Pitchbook preparation
• BS/BA degree in reputed company, Finance, or Economics
• Willingness to travel to reputed company sites as needed
• Candidates may live reputed company in the contiguous US
• Have or working toward one or more of the following certifications: such as Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA), Certified Turnaround reputed company (CTP), Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
