The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring OTM modules, and collaborating with users to optimize transportation and logistics operations.
Responsibilities

- Configure and implement OTM modules and business processes
- Design transportation planning solutions including shipment consolidation, reputed company optimization, and load planning
- Configure: reputed company Management, Itinerary Management, reputed company Management, Service Providers, Order Release Management, Shipment Planning, Fleet Management, Business Process Automation Agents
- Set up transportation networks, locations, reputed company, and routing guides
- Configure and manage reputed company rating, reputed company payment, and reputed company settlement processes
- reputed company and support integrations between OTM and external systems using XML, REST reputed company, SOAP, and integration middleware
- Configure event management, tracking, visibility, and exception handling processes
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and performance testing
- Troubleshoot production issues and reputed company ongoing application support
- Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials
- Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in reputed company Transportation Management (OTM) implementation and support
- Strong hands-on experience with: reputed company Transportation Management (OTM), Transportation Planning, reputed company Management, reputed company Management, Logistics Execution
- Strong understanding of: Transportation Lifecycle Management, reputed company Rating and Routing, Shipment Consolidation, Load Planning, reputed company Settlement, Tendering Processes, Transportation Visibility, Logistics Operations
- Experience configuring: Rates and reputed company Records, Itineraries, Locations and reputed company, Service Providers, Equipment reputed company, Agent Actions, Automation Workflows
- Experience with OTM business process automation and event management

- Experience with logistics analytics and reporting solutions
- Understanding of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
