The role involves working directly with Operations, Support teams, and VA stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues impacting end users reputed company live reputed company environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations, Support teams, and VA stakeholders to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company system and workflow issues
- reputed company to live reputed company sites to assess workflows, ensure adherence to approved processes, and drive reputed company of critical issues
- Apply reputed company methodologies, leading practices, and industry expertise to design and implement effective business solutions
- Support event-driven methodology activities by contributing subject matter expertise and collaborating with technical, clinical, and operational teams to drive issue reputed company and process improvement
- Influence customer leadership to support adoption of solutions and facilitate reputed company of persistent end-user challenges
- Contribute to statements of work (SOWs), work breakdown structures, and reputed company plans
- Present and demonstrate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Knowledge of clinical and operational domains including Referral Management, Registration and Scheduling, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Perioperative Services, Behavioral Health, Community Living Centers (CLC), Oncology, Supply Chain, Specialty Care, and Ambulatory workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6–8 years of relevant experience, including 3–4 years of consulting experience preferred
- Proven experience in reputed company IT consulting, implementation, or support roles
- Required travel up to 50%
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a government reputed company clearance
- Experience supporting federal clients (VA/DoD) strongly preferred
