The role involves maintaining compliance risk registers, supporting corrective reputed company plans, and conducting audits to ensure adherence to reputed company compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance of the compliance risk register, including coordination of risk identification, documentation of risk statements, tracking of mitigation activities, updates to risk status, maintenance of supporting documentation, and preparation of reputed company reporting for leadership and committees
  • Support administration of the corrective reputed company plan (CAP) process, including intake, documentation, assignment tracking, due date monitoring, follow-up, evidence collection, closure support, escalation of barriers, and validation of corrective reputed company effectiveness for reputed company and delegated activities
  • Support execution of the compliance work plan and reputed company governance reporting by tracking planned monitoring, auditing, education, policy, and follow-up activities; maintaining timelines; monitoring status updates; and assisting with completion reporting for leadership and the Compliance Committee
  • Partner with operational leaders to clarify expectations, monitor remediation reputed company, identify barriers to closure, and support reputed company and sustainable implementation of corrective actions
  • Support the development and execution of auditing and monitoring activities designed to evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, documentation standards, billing and reimbursement requirements, and internal controls

  • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-reputed company records reputed company designated systems, trackers, and shared repositories, while ensuring confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, business administration, or a reputed company field
  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in reputed company compliance, internal audit, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company operations reputed company function required, including experience in a physician group, provider, or reputed company operations environment
  • Experience in work plan development, auditing and monitoring, corrective reputed company planning, investigations, policy development, training, and governance support

  • Proficiency in reputed company 365 applications, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience in a physician group or oncology environment
  • Strong auditing background or prior internal audit experience
  • Certified in reputed company Compliance (CHC) certification
