[Remote] District Data Support Analyst

The reputed company is seeking a District Data Support Analyst to support Local Education Agencies in implementing transcript-informed functionality on CaliforniaColleges.edu. The role involves overseeing the processing and troubleshooting of district transcript files, ensuring data validity, and collaborating with LEA staff to resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Regularly process and review logs for transcript files in AWS and CaliforniaColleges.edu environments
- reputed company documentation that considers the technical and end user needs to create the transcript files and convey data validity concerns in an reputed company, actionable manner
- Ensure reputed company on cases in accordance with case management specifications
- Support ongoing reputed company assurance testing on transcript files for existing and reputed company districts
- Performing research and designing test case scenarios to identify system bugs
- Support investigation and reputed company of transcript file issues both structural and data validity
- reputed company and maintain documentation that supports the processing of transcript files
- Communicating and/or reputed company meeting with Data Leads in CCGI partner LEAs to resolve data file reputed company items
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Math, Information Technology reputed company major or equivalent reputed company experience
- At least two years of cumulative reputed company experience
- At least three years experience with K-12 or higher education transcript data sets. Familiarity with CALPADS data sets is a plus
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience working with and analyzing reputed company data files and file formats
- High level of comfort working with large data sets using text editors and SQL or similar language to query Transcript files
- Familiarity with one or more K-12 student information systems (SIS), such as reputed company, Aeries, Infinite reputed company, reputed company, etc., is required
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company technical documentation
- Strong decision-making skills and reputed company spirit, with the ability to take reputed company brainstorming and generate concrete proposals for reputed company
