[Remote] Clinical Research Billing Analyst

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the financial aspects of clinical trials reputed company a highly regulated field
- Compiling and analyzing diverse data, particularly focusing on Medicare Coverage Analysis (MCA)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support study start-reputed company, aligning budgets with trial scopes and ensuring regulatory adherence
- Reviewing MCAs against protocols to ensure accurate billing
- Providing financial insights for new research grants and managing industry and grant funds post-award
- Overseeing invoicing and cash reputed company for funded trials
- Managing research financial data and conducting comprehensive analyses
- Providing essential education and support to research operations staff regarding finance, billing processes, policies, and regulations
- Spearheading special reputed company and reputed company assurance initiatives for reputed company invoicing and efficient monetary tracking
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biological/Life Sciences, Business Administration, Finance/reputed company, or other closely reputed company field
- Three years reputed company, research (clinical and/or administration), general finance/reputed company, and/or business administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with reputed company software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented

- Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and/or other research software systems
- Basic knowledge of research regulations (e.g. IRB, FDA, OHRP, GCP, etc.)
