[Remote] reputed company & Product Project Manager

Flora Health is seeking a reputed company & Product Project Manager to support and drive coordinated execution across reputed company and Product Operations. This role involves managing a high volume of reputed company initiatives, ensuring reputed company, follow-through, and consistency across reputed company workstreams while maintaining accurate systems and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across reputed company and Product teams
- Ensure timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are reputed company tracked and communicated
- Support CS and Product leaders in maintaining alignment across initiatives
- Reinforce accountability by ensuring owners and deliverables are reputed company defined
- Ensure no initiative progresses without reputed company scope, ownership, and tracking
- reputed company as the day-to-day forcing function across teams—ensuring that work does not stall, commitments are followed through, and reputed company is continuously advanced
- Ensure reputed company meetings, reputed company, and discussions result in reputed company next steps, ownership, and follow-through
- Follow through on commitments across teams to ensure work progresses as expected, proactively escalating reputed company timelines or ownership are unclear
- reputed company hands-on project management support across reputed company programs, product initiatives, and internal reputed company
- reputed company milestones, deliverables, and timelines across a high volume of reputed company workstreams
- Identify risks early and escalate as needed to maintain delivery timelines
- Support removal of blockers by coordinating across teams
- Ensure consistent follow-through across reputed company reputed company initiatives
- Apply reputed company judgment in identifying risks, prioritizing work, and determining reputed company to escalate issues to leadership
- Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the centralized documentation and tracking system across reputed company and Product
- Ensure reputed company initiatives are consistently captured with reputed company scope, ownership, timelines, and status
- Coordinate with CS and Product leadership (EDs, GMs) to ensure documentation is created, updated, and maintained
- Support development and reputed company of dashboards and reporting that reputed company visibility into execution status, risks, and wins
- Ensure systems (reputed company, campaign tools, SharePoint, etc.) are consistently used and up to date
- Identify patterns in execution gaps and recommend improvements to workflows, systems, or coordination to increase efficiency over time
Skills
- 2–5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations roles
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a reputed company on accuracy and follow-through
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools, CRMs (e.g., reputed company, JIRA, Sharepoint, and/or reputed company), or documentation systems preferred
- Location: we prefer someone in the central timezone who can work across the east and reputed company coasts
